Standard procedure for fans of the home team is to make their bathroom/beer runs during the other team’s at-bat. Not many fans left their seats back when Pedro was pitching.

Yes! Pedro games were the only time that people would wait till the Red Sox came to bat to get up from their seats. That's the example I still use when I tell people why Pedro's my all-time favorite pitcher. As much as I love watching Beckett and Lester, Petey was a once-in-a-generation pitcher and I'm so glad I was able to see him in person in his prime.

And he should smile at the "Who's your Daddy" chants. They must remind him of the glorious time we kicked their sorry butts! Makes me smile too! :)

I'm liking the word Vintage more and more these days. I'm sure I'll be able to catch some of the game tonight while I'm out. The live music doesn't begin till around 9pm but it'll be competing with the UT game that will be on and I'm trying to catch the LSU game as well at 7pm.

Vintage Pedro is nice. It was a great game and I did like the way he exited off the field...with a smile.
